From Heuston Station: 15 minutes
Exit the Luas and look for the Wild Summits banner!!
We will depart Dublin and make our way towards Glendalough. Along the way, you will pass through the beautiful Wicklow landscape and some small Irish towns.
Here we enter the beautiful Glendalough Valley, where you will take in stunning views of the lake and Valley and begin your tour.
Over the course of the tour your guide will tell you tales of Glendalough and informing you on all the history that the valley has to offer!
We will finish our trail and arrive back to the bus.

The Spinc hiking trail in Glendalough is one of Ireland’s most popular hiking trails. Along the way, you’ll also encounter wildlife and waterfalls, as well as passing through some of Ireland’s most historic sites.
Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or just starting out, the Spinc trail in Glendalough is a must-visit. The combination of challenging terrain, stunning scenery, and peaceful atmosphere make this trail a true gem in the heart of Ireland.

Depending on the trail you choose, hiking in Glendalough can range from a leisurely walk through the countryside to a more challenging climb up a mountain. For this tour, we take the Spinc Route, which will give you breathtaking views of the valley.
One of the unique aspects of hiking in Glendalough is the area’s rich history. The ruins of a 6th century monastic settlement and several other historical sites can be found along the trails, adding to the overall experience and providing a glimpse into the area’s past.
